The short version

We collect as little as possible. Anonymous, cookieless visit counts always; optional analytics only if you say yes to the banner; your email only if you join the newsletter. We never sell data. That's the whole spirit of it — details below.

What we collect, and when

• Always — anonymous traffic counts (Vercel Analytics): page views and performance timings with no cookies and no way to identify you. This keeps the lights calibrated.
• Only with your consent — product analytics (Google Analytics 4 and PostHog): which pages and products get attention, so we make better decisions. These set cookies/local storage, which is why they wait for your 'Accept analytics' click.
• Only if you join the warm-up — your email address, used for the newsletter you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• When you buy (from launch) — order details go to our payment and fulfillment partners strictly to deliver your hat. We never see full card numbers.

Your cart stays on your device

The shopping cart lives in your browser's local storage — it never reaches our servers until you actually check out. Clear your browser data and it's gone; that's the point.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw analytics consent anytime by clearing this site's data in your browser (the banner will ask again), and unsubscribe from emails with one click. For anything else — including asking what we hold about you, or asking us to delete it — write to [email protected] and a human will answer.

Where it's processed

The site runs on Vercel's global infrastructure; analytics providers (if you consent) process data in the EU and US under standard contractual clauses. KovaSauna is operated from Israel. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, GDPR rights — access, correction, deletion, portability, objection — all apply, and exercising them costs nothing.

The honest footnote

This store is currently in preview: checkout is disabled and the newsletter confirmation is simulated, so right now we hold essentially nothing about you. This policy will be reviewed with counsel before real orders open. Last updated: June 10, 2026.
